Product Overview

The H. pylori Antibody Test Kit is a fluorescence immunoassay designed for detection of antibodies against Helicobacter pylori. H. pylori infection is associated with gastritis, peptic ulcer disease and increased risk of gastric carcinoma. Serological detection assists clinicians in screening and management of gastrointestinal disorders.

Intended Use

For in vitro qualitative detection of H. pylori antibodies in serum or plasma as an aid in diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection.

Clinical Significance

Supports gastric infection screening, assists evaluation of gastritis and peptic ulcer conditions and helps identify patients at risk of gastric malignancy.

Test Principle

Fluorescence immunochromatographic assay where labelled H. pylori antigens bind antibodies in the sample forming immune complexes detected by analyzer.
