The Estradiol Test Kit is a competitive fluorescence immunoassay designed for quantitative determination of circulating estradiol levels. Estradiol is a major estrogen hormone involved in ovarian function, menstrual cycle regulation, fertility assessment and endocrine monitoring.

Intended Use

For in vitro quantitative determination of estradiol (E2) in serum or plasma as an aid in evaluation of ovarian function and reproductive disorders.

Test Principle

Competitive fluorescence immunoassay where estradiol in the sample competes with fluorescence-labelled estradiol antigen for monoclonal antibody binding sites and signal intensity is inversely proportional to concentration.
