The SAA Test Kit is a sandwich fluorescence immunoassay designed for quantitative determination of Serum Amyloid A. SAA is an acute phase protein that rises rapidly during inflammatory response and infection, making it a sensitive biomarker for early diagnosis and monitoring of inflammatory diseases.

Intended Use

For in vitro quantitative determination of Serum Amyloid A in serum, plasma or whole blood as an aid in diagnosis of infection and inflammation.

Double‑antibody sandwich fluorescence immunoassay where labelled monoclonal antibodies bind SAA forming immune complexes detected quantitatively by the analyzer.
