The Anti‑HBs Test Kit is a sandwich fluorescence immunoassay designed for quantitative determination of Hepatitis B surface antibodies. Anti‑HBs is a protective antibody produced after Hepatitis B infection recovery or successful vaccination. Measurement of Anti‑HBs helps evaluate immune response and vaccination efficacy.

Intended Use

For in vitro quantitative determination of Hepatitis B surface antibody (Anti‑HBs) in serum, plasma or whole blood as an aid in assessing immune status.

Clinical Significance

Supports post‑vaccination immunity assessment, monitoring of recovered Hepatitis B patients, epidemiological screening and blood donor evaluation.

Test Principle

Double‑antibody sandwich fluorescence immunoassay where Anti‑HBs antibodies bind labelled HBsAg antigen forming immune complexes detected quantitatively by analyzer.
