The Anti-TP Test Kit is a lateral flow fluorescence immunoassay designed for detection of antibodies against Treponema pallidum, the causative agent of syphilis. Early serological screening helps timely treatment and prevents disease progression and transmission.

Intended Use

For in vitro qualitative detection of Treponema pallidum antibodies in serum or plasma as an aid in diagnosis of syphilis infection.

Clinical Significance

Supports syphilis screening programs, antenatal testing, blood donor screening, high-risk population monitoring and epidemiological surveillance.

Test Principle

Lateral flow fluorescence immunoassay where fluorescence-labelled TP antigen binds Anti-TP antibodies forming immune complexes detected by the analyzer.
