The ASO Test Kit is a fluorescence immunoassay for quantitative determination of Anti‑Streptolysin O antibodies. Elevated ASO levels indicate recent Group A Streptococcus infection and help diagnose rheumatic fever and related complications.

For in vitro quantitative determination of ASO antibodies in serum, plasma or whole blood.

Clinical Significance:
Helps diagnose rheumatic fever, post‑streptococcal complications, tonsillitis and autoimmune inflammatory conditions.
